CBG Oil 1000mg

Now Available: Cannabigerol (CBG), known as the “Mother of all Cannabinoids!”

CBG is often referred to as the “mother” of all cannabinoids because all other cannabinoids are synthesized from it. Because its exclusive nature, very few manufacturers are even attempting to produce this cannabinoid. We are excited to offer pure CBG Tincture Drops (combined with MCT) and bring you some of the purest and most effective drops available!

CBG works by influencing the endocannabinoid system within our bodies. The endocannabinoid system is a complex collection of receptors (CB1 and CB2 receptors). CBD only has little binding affinity with these receptors. Meaning CBG is much more powerful than CBD!

Cannabigerol (CBG) is usually referred to as “The mother of all cannabinoids” or “The stem cell.” All the cannabinoids formed into the hemp plant are the predecessor of CBGA. The plant enzymes convert CBGA into more than 100 cannabinoids leaving behind small traces of CBG.

CBG is found in abundance in the flowering cannabis plant. However, once the plant reaches maturity, it has only 1% of CBG left, making it difficult for researchers to extract higher quantities of CBG.

Does CBG get you high? Just like its fellow cannabinoid CBD, CBG is also non-psychoactive, meaning it does not interact with your brain in a toxic way. The early phase of CBG study suggests that it has some amazing healing properties and can be used to cure the following medical issues:

Both CBD and CBG are non-intoxicating and can relieve your pain and stress. However, the underlying distinction between these two cannabinoids can be seen through the following points:

  • Structural Composition

Looking at the basic structure of the two, we know that CBG is the precursor of all other cannabinoids. After a carboxyl group is removed from CBG, the structure shifts to create several other compounds, including CBD and THC.

  • Form Of Interaction

Another major difference between CBD and CBG is their interaction with the endocannabinoid system. CBD interacts indirectly with the cannabinoid receptors, while CBG follows a more direct approach and actively interacts with the brain’s CB1 and CB2 cannabinoid receptors.

CBG also blocks a brain-based receptor called 5HT1A receptor which is involved with the regulation of serotonin. Aside from being a stress-buster, blocking the 5HT1A receptor has been shown to improve learning and memory in animal studies. And finally, CBG inhibits the reuptake of anandamide which plays a role in the regulation of feeding behavior. To learn more please visit this article about the difference between CBD and CBG.

CBG may be lurking behind in terms of research, but once it’s full benefits are unleashed, it will prove its actual worth.

I didn’t think CBG would be much different from CBD. Wow was I wrong! CBG is so much more powerful and effective at calming me and reducing my anxiety. If you are thinking of giving CBG a try but not sure if it’s that much different, take the plung and see for yourself!

  2. Ali

If you are skeptical about CBG definitely give it a try. I find so much more anxiety and pain relief from CBG as opposed to CBD.
